In the beginning...
When we started planning the winery in January of 2008, we had four partners. We worked together making plans for how the winery would look, what we would offer, and what the winery would be known for. We opened in March of 2009 to an excited crowd of guests. It’s been a crazy ride ever since.
But changes happen and although we don’t always like change, we know change is inevitable.
So, we are announcing the departure of one of our founding partners, Jim Pearson. Jim and his wife have retired from their jobs and are busy enjoying retirement. We thank them for the early contributions that they made to the business and wish them much enjoyment in the coming years.
And then there was...
And now we would like to introduce our new partner at Spring Hill. Most of you already know exactly who this person is. She’s been with us longer than any other person on our staff, about 13 years! She amazes guests with how well she remembers them and what wine they had the last time.
Patty has gone above and beyond ever since she started with us. She truly is part of the Spring Hill family.
In addition to being tasting room manager she is also our Event and Entertainment Coordinator. She is the one that finds the talented musical groups and oversees everything when we have one of our special events. Congratulate Patty the next time you come in.
