This is the return of an old favorite in a new format. Every first Wednesday of each month starting in February. Fun with friends while enjoying a night out!
Thursday’s Yappy Hours
This is a brand new event for us. Every Thursday evening in June through October from 4 – 8pm. Bring out your dogs for a relaxing evening out on our patio. Special menu items for 4 legged guests.
15th Anniversary Celebrations
2024 marks our 15th year in business at the winery! Special plans are being made for the weekend of March 8 & 9, with other activities marking this milestone throughout the year.
Annual Adult Easter Egg Hunts Return
One of our most popular events ofthe year will be held March 15, 16, 17 & 22, 23, 24th.
The hunts will be at 8pm on Friday nights and at 1pm on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
New Book Club & Lending Library
Details for our NEW book club are in the process of being developed. We have had two book clubs in the past that met at our winery every month. Because of many requests we are bringing it back! We will also be starting a lending library using the popular books that were chosen by the book clubs in the past for those that would like to borrow them, free of charge.
New Cider Variety
New Hard Cider flavors continue to be developed and Heirloom Hard Apple Cider to be released later this year for the first time!
This year, in addition to the hard ciders that we’ve been making out of “dessert” apple varieties, we were also able to locally source heirloom apple varieties. These varieties have characteristics that make the hard cider much more complex. These will be bottled in 750ml bottles much like other sparkling wines.
New Entertainment Schedule
Since the first day that we openedback in 2009, Spring Hill has been known for the great live music that we offer. We have listened to many suggestions and will be changing some of the music that we offer. On Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons we will have music that will enhance your winery experience, not drown it out. But on Saturday evenings in the Summer we will have our most popular bands playing out on the patio.
New Wine Selections
Our Dry Wine selection of Viniferas and French hybrids will be expanded with more choices.
Along with our popular dry wine offerings we will be bringing back some of our dry varietals from the past. We are also looking to introduce new varietals to expand our selection for your tasting experience.
